Jon Bittner has spent his career getting advanced technology into the U.S. government's most demanding environments, and building the teams that keep it running there.

He began his career with a decade at the Central Intelligence Agency as a senior intelligence officer. There he led cyber data science initiatives, stood up an interagency space threat assessment cell that delivered a whole-of-government U.S. space survivability assessment, briefed the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the White House Cyber Steering Committee, and led development of the first interactive President's Daily Brief. That work earned a personal letter of recognition from the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

An aerospace engineer by training (Penn State), he moved to industry after the Agency: at Boeing, leading product work on cross-domain security, and then as Principal Software Architect and Technical Director at SAP NS2, directing technical architecture for a 100+ person federal program.

He founded Dimensional Analytics in 2024. Eighteen months later, the firm had production AI systems running on classified networks, a fully cleared team, and a Meritorious Unit Citation earned for mission-critical AI delivery.

Jon holds a patent applying machine learning to electromagnetic wave propagation. He lives in Northern Virginia and is a lifelong aviation enthusiast.
